Beirut Ramadans (Ramazanzade and Ramazanoglu) Family Tree of 1975

This following family tree was a combined effort of many in Beirut completed in 1975.
It has many missing family members especially those who migrated and left Lebanon.

For example my uncle Hisham who immigrated to the USA in the early 1950's is not on it, but my Father who stayed in Lebanon until 1973 is.

Beirut Ramazanoglu (Ramazanzade) family tree of 1975. On the left side, is a small tree for the descendants of my own Grandfather Wajih brother of Shafiq Ramadan (who did not have any children).

As with any effort to make a family tree, always we used to miss those who traveled.  However, now with the power of the Internet, we hope to find as many family members as Allah helps us find.

This family tree has some errors in the bottom section which I corrected from various research done and records I found in the Sharia Courts in Beirut.  The image below shows the fix.

Some records I found show that Ahmad, Mahmoud and another Mohamad were sons of Mustafa Agha Ramadan who is supposed to be a descendant from an Ibrahim Ramadan (not sure if direct or there are more in between) - but the Mustafa in Beirut matches the Mustafa on the Ottoman Archives Family Tree of 1307 H..

For example it lists that Mohamad is father of Yusuf and Abdulgheni and Amine, but real estate sales records dated in 1842 shows a house being sold by Omar Agha Ramadan (whose father is Mohamad Agha) being sold to his Son Abdulgheni which is located next to the homes of his other two sons Yusuf and Amine.  This document alone helped connect the dots and was key in connecting with the Ottoman Archives family tree.

I have since been updating the Tree on Geni.com and added many missing members and hope to continue to add more including the 80+ recently found from Ecuador, and more found members from Jordan and Saudi Arabia.
